It was such a touching experience to have the whole family visit Mimi and Ardy's gravesite on Memorial Day. I had floods of fun, touching, and hilarious memories attack me. My grandparents were fabulous grandparents, doting parents, honorable military servants, faithful volunteers in the community, and overall wonderful human beings. I love to remember them, and this was the perfect outing for it.
Add a gorgeous, mile-long, flag-lined road and you might find it's hard to keep your eyes dry.
